I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Zuora (London, England) in May 2019
Interview
The phone interview was very informal. The recruiter told me I would move on the next step and she would email me the following day. Then I did not hear back from her so I emailed for follow up. She replied "we are moving on with other candidates", without any explanation. I asked for feedback and she ignored my email.
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear your experience was negative. We strive to uphold a positive candidate experience where you are informed every step of the way. Please know we take your feedback seriously and will use it to improve on our experience.
Other Sales Representative interview reviews for Zuora
Great in-depth interview from the team, Gave insights on what I could do as I move forward in my career with or without the company. I didn’t get the job but still get tips from team members who check in on my as I continue my job search. I am also lying about all this because I’m unemployed but Glassdoor doesn’t let me view the job market.

What was the most challenging thing you feel you’ve ever had to overcome?
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zuora in Jan 2019
Interview
I had an initial positive conversation with the HR/ recruitment rep and then proceeded for an interview with the Manager of the DACH sales team in London. This is where it turned negative, 20 minutes into the phone call she launched into intense criticism and feedback of my performance. While constructive criticism is important, this was too much too soon. I was then left in the dark about further steps, definitely a sign I don't want to work there.
