Zumigo interview questions

During Sep 2024, I was interviewed for the position of Senior DevOps Engineer. The process was completely different including a hiring manager interview, followed by test exercise to design and implement a solution, followed by the presentation of the exercise. The HR team and Hiring Manager was prompt and responsive during the interview process and in scheduling the interviews. Eventually, I received a message in LinkedIn that they decided to move forward with some other candidate, after 5-6 weeks of patiently waiting for the result. After investing so much time and effort in the test exercise, it would have been more appropriate to receive an explanation or at least a call from HR providing a valid reason for the decision. Felt like I was completely ghost busted !! Wish the leadership team was transparent in providing constructive feedback to the candidates.
