We regularly run training for our interviewers at Zopa to ensure they carry out positive interviews and treat candidates in the right way. Our Product Analyst roles require maths, as they involve commercial modelling, which is why we include this during the interview process. We can appreciate that there are different ways to test for this, however we need to make sure that our Product Analysts are able apply maths to analyse data to get the best results for Zopa.
