I applied online. I interviewed at Zoozler (Cincinnati, OH) in Jan 2017
Interview
They were on time, friendly and professional. It was a welcome atmosphere and they wereally very direct about what Zoozler does, what I would do and what they care most about. Very value focused and future oriented. The questions were reasonable and focused on experience, my goals and values and expectations. There was a lot of focus on my mindset and abilities, but it was a very polite and professional meeting and I really didn'the feel uncomfortable at any time. I had a follow up with others in the organization and spent some time with the employees before I was asked to come in for a final interview, which is more of a strategic planning meeting to determine how employment would start.
It was VERY clear that they are a selective group and that they want you to really care about your mission in life if you're going to work there. I was super happy to get the job and only left because I had to move. If there were a zoozler office where I am now I would apply in a heartbeat.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Zoozler
Interview
I came in and they explained that they were a startup and asked if I was willing to work for free. I said yes because I needed experience, unfortunately this was not a good idea and set me back career wise.
