It was fairly casual, not too intimidating. They're quite direct with what they ask you and what they're looking for when looking to hiring. So simply answer their questions with direct honesty, don't try to overinflate your answers with unnecessary fluff; they'll see through it. They want to look for the right fit for the position, so be honest with yourself about yourself & let that be the deciding factor.
