I applied on the company website. Received an invite to interview with a recruiter a few days later. After that, I met with three people on the team. Then I received an offer. Honestly, this interview process was a breath of fresh air. I’ve been unemployed for several months and all of the other companies completely dragged their feet. It would take months to complete interview rounds for a single position, and I’d need to jump through multiple hoops (including doing FREE work to prove my worth). With zones, it was quick and straight forward. They simply wanted to see if I had the qualifications to do the job and if I got along with the team. This is the kind of respect that all companies should show their candidates. Also- Sean, the recruiter I worked with, was so personable and actually *DID* get back to me ASAP whenever he had updates!
