Interview
The HR lady with short hair looked at my 4 months gap on the resume and said 乜你咁慘，咁耐都搵唔到工 "poor you, it took you so long to find a job"
The rest is easy, after the initial screening with the sketchy HR, you meet a design senior and department head
For the first round, you will meet with HR for a screening focused on your background and basic qualifications. The second round involves a deeper discussion with the Department Head, where you will address real-world challenges facing the company to demonstrate your problem-solving skills and cultural fit.

Interview
F2F interview with team lead and director, will meet them individually. Need to match with their culture and there are different style for their team leads. You need to reserve for more than 2 hours for the interview.
