Zinzino interview questions

The interview started off relativly normal, and when I was starting to be shown the slides, I realized that it is no a real job position, but something close to a pyrimid scheme, where you are mostly incentivised to find other people to work with you.

The interview lasts for about an hour. The persons I talked to were very kind and seemed honest. Only one thing I find a bit strange, the remuneration system is so complicated that there is no way to really understand it before taking the decision to enter the company as a partner.
