Our typical interview process is a 15 min phone interview, followed up with a 2nd 15 min phone interview and then an in person interview. Our intent is to create the right balance of a casual work environment while keeping the urgency of growing the business. We definitely are not a rigid, large corporate organization. We understand this type of atmosphere is not for everyone, which is why this is one of the topics discussed during the in person interview.
