I applied online. The process took two months, although that was actually slightly delayed due to my own schedule, they would have been faster. There was a Teams interview with a recruiter, then a hiring manager, and then a 2-hour panel interview with three engineers where I was asked to present past relevant work experience. Then we talked benefits and negotiated salary, and finally they flew me out to Seattle for an in-person interview with the hiring manager... and two more senior people on Teams. I received an offer for 150k, which I ended up declining due to the heavy pressure and expectations of 'Startup culture' which were emphasized in the final interview. The entire process was pretty smooth. Just not the right option for me at this time.
