There were 3 rounds - 1. Case study (structured) 2. Smaller case study (mostly to gauge my level of comfort with analyzing data) 3. Behavioral round The interviewers were encouraging, guided me well throughout and were open about sharing their experiences with the company

The main case study was regarding Incentive Compensation The smaller case round was where I was asked to spot discrepancies in data In the Behavioral round, I was asked to explain incidents in my past regarding communicating with people, etc.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
