The management was slightly poor, however the process was fairly simple. Following a written case study test, the first round of interviews was based on the case study itself. The second covered guesstimates, puzzles and some HR questions. Third and final round was more of a behavourial/ fit interview.

First there is an online assessment round where numerical analysis and verbal reasoning is tested > case writing and interview where you get a case study that you have to solve in 30 mins and an associated interview is conducted afterwards where you discuss your answers > Final interview (EBI +Fit) this is the final round which i am yet to attend but is a behavioural round where you'll be probed on the specifics of your resume and some guesstimates, brain teasers may be asked.
