Got an 1 hour phone interview: 30-40 min case interview which mainly asked you to solve a case following the interviewer's instruction step by step; 20-30 min behavioral questions such as Why consulting/ZS; teamwork example; failure example...
Received invitation to an interview in the NJ office: 30 min behavioral interview similar to the phone interview; 40 min analytical case interview; 30 min structural case interview; 30 min presentation by a consultant regarding what they do; lunch with one consultant.
Very friendly people and collaborative atmosphere, though I did not receive the offer. The recruiter emailed me back a thorough interview feedback telling me that I did not do well in the analytical case section.
Good interview started from basics went in deep about sql python and projects as well. Did cross questioning on projects and then ended with a some behavioural questions. Overall a very nice experience.
they take an online test of verbal, data interpretation, aptitude, etc. They also ask a question which you have to reply through a video, where they will give you a random topic, you have to record a video speaking about the topic for 60 to 90 seconds.
The interview process is a bit difficult to crack. Go through your resume and be ready to answer whatever they ask about it.
Practice guesstimates and puzzles thoroughly. Be consistent with your logic in solving problems
