Skype Interview with Pricing team head. I was asked a number of questions relating to specific operations, and was briefed on how the pricing team actually does things. The interview overall amounted to a set of case analyses and screening on how prospective employees handle challenges normally encountered.

You have a hotel complex with 100 rooms. A customer wants to stay in one week. By then, 50% of the rooms will be occupied. The price of comparable rooms in the area is X. Including the previously-mentioned, what are the top three things you need to know to price accurately?
Customers book ZENRooms through a partner which charges a 20% commission. Zenrooms charges a 10% commission. Suppose the client hotel wishes to earn X per booking. What is the minimum price ZENRooms should offer?
