I interviewed with this company and wanted to share my experience to help future candidates.
The interview started approximately 20 minutes later than scheduled, and there was no acknowledgment of the delay. While delays can happen, a brief explanation or apology would have helped set a more professional tone.
During the interview, I found the overall communication style to be quite intense. Some responses and facial expressions made the conversation feel more confrontational than collaborative, which made it difficult for me to fully articulate my experience and qualifications. The repeated use of strong language left me feeling overwhelmed rather than encouraged to engage in discussion.
I understand that different companies use different interview styles, and some may prefer a high-pressure approach. However, for me personally, the environment did not feel conducive to open communication or mutual understanding. As a result, I felt I was not able to present myself as clearly as I would have in a more balanced setting.
