The interview process was not standard and horrible to an extent. The VP of Engineering called me up for the technical phone screen and put me on hold for 3 minutes in between. Then, in the onsite interview I got interviewed by a guy who passed out 2 years later than me. Just because, he wanted to be on the interviewee seat, VP allowed him to interview me. He did not even know what to ask and eventually it ended up that I interviewed him by asking lot many questions than he asked me. Got an offer but no way in my dream I would join such company, had 10 times better offers in my hands. CONS: Office in the dead end of the earth, Poor company culture, unenthusiastic people, out dated technology and horrible people.
