Most of the process was efficient with all invites sent via email, however little human interaction.
The interviews were staged across 4 stages, 1st screening call, 2nd "informal chat", 3rd a task and a meet the team, final interview with hiring manager and their CEO.
Feedback is again given via email however this is impersonal and not hugely informative. I believe once you have passed 3 rounds a phone call is better suited,
