Ha-ha, classic! They are "looking" for candidate, run a full round of interviews, disappear for month, then come back with the usual “we decided to move forward with another candidate” but promise to reach out when a more “relevant” opportunity comes up. A few weeks later, the exact same role is posted again… and surprise, for some mysterious reason no follow-up. Either their top pick didn’t last, or they’re just not great at recognizing the right candidate when they see one. Or the position was never real to begin with. In any case, it doesn’t inspire much confidence in their hiring skills and in their company overall.
