I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at You-Source (Makati City) in Dec 2024
Interview
There is a knowledge test, a skills test and three rounds of interview: HR, Tech and CEO.
For the skills test, you are given a few days to create an MVC application as per their instruction. For the HR interview, it's what you'd expect like behavioral questions and hypotheticals. For the tech interview, the interviewer gouges on your knowledge about the technology you use and some scenario questions. For the CEO interview, it's quite easy since if you're a fresh graduate, he'll mostly ask about your thesis and your contribution to it.
Unfortunately, they are not hiring after I passed all interviews.

Question 1
Why do you think the skills test asked you to use the strategy pattern? (Tech interview)
