Very straight dorward and clear questions. The interviewer gives plenty of time to think and reply to their questions. They focus more on your energy and less on the answers you give them
Was going to do a phone interview the next day. When the time came, I waited 40 minutes past the interview time and they never called. Texted to reschedule and never received a response.
