Super easy, took about a week to week and a half with 2 interviews, one with a recruiter and one with two separate managers doing some roleplay. Roleplay is easy, they are just looking for the ability to take feedback and adjust.

How would you handle an upset customer calling in?
Did 1 call and never heard back. Not sure why, I have more experience than needed. Didn’t ask any questions to see my qualifications, they just chatted about life and it was meaningless.
Your first call is with a hiring manager. Basic and straightforward, writing communications as well as role playing with a current manager. They will act fast and be transparent throughout the process, nothing should be a surprise
