I applied online, and later received a phone call. I had a phone interview and after that I had a skype interview set up where I talked to two people. Then I was told the three people I talked to were going to discuss everyone they interviewed that day.

I was asked what was something I failed at, and what did I do about it. I also did a quick roll-play where I sold their advertising product.

The interview process was pleasant from start to finish. It included a recruiter phone screen, a video call with the sales manager, a role play exercise, and the opportunity to implement the manager’s feedback.

One question they asked during my interview was what specifically about the role made me feel it was a strong fit for my background and experience.
The interview process with Yelp was a very organized experience. From the first email after I put in my application, to the offer extension call, I always felt well informed and included.
It was a one time interview over video call with a pre call before. One on one with a training manager. Pretty simple not too hard at all. Lasted 30 minutes with questions and role plays.
