Yardstick Educational Initiatives interview questions

First round was online written exam consisting of technical concepts. Second and third round was with higher management people like CTO and CEO and I was asked some general puzzles and thinking algorithmically. I was asked to explain some concepts in a way , so that a 10 yr old kid can understand. I was also asked why do you want to come into software role.

A project was given as a task. Selection for the interview is based on the project. More technical questions were asked, related to the project done and skillset. Overall interview went well.
