Very personal. I was contacted by the lead teacher and invited into a classroom. The interview was very professional, and profound. In no part of the interview did I feel intimidated or put off.

What is an example of a lesson you have created yourself?
What is your teaching philosophy?

Ask some general questions such as which school did you graduated or have you teach any kids before
they didnt mention any salary because i had not reached the second interview yet
