After applying, I first had a phone interview with HR. The next step was a phone interview with the engineering manager. The final step was an in person interview with human resources, the engineering manager, and the design engineering manager.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Xylem (Vadodara) in Jan 2021
Interview
At first I had a personal Interaction and then had a Technical Interview.
Although I didnt get any feedback, I think Not having enough experience in the relevant field which they might be seeking for should be the main cause of not getting an offer.
Envioroment was good, staff was freindly and interveiwer were supportive.
Overall Experience was good.
