Xylem Engineered Solution Leader interview questions

I passed the first and second interviews. For the third one, they emailed me on Friday and asked to provide a time and day for a final interview with VP. I was busy that Friday and couldn't respond. I responded on Sunday and said I am available for Monday. However, they haven't responded to my email at all. After two times follow-ups, they said our team decided to go with another candidate!!!
