I came across the internship post on LinkedIn and reached out directly to the company expressing my interest. Shortly after, the HR team got back to me, and we scheduled an in-person interview. The process was smooth and welcoming especially for someone early in their career. They gave me logic-based problems to see how I approach problem-solving, which made the experience feel thoughtful and encouraging.
