1. info interview with DS who referred me 2. initial screen with Tech Recruiter 3. screen with HM - Sr Dir Strategic Finance 4. Coding, Behavioral and Case Study Everything was fine until the last stage. There was no progression/ramp-up, just straight into the Technical Screen. And questions were fair and somewhat of a sample of what I was possibly going to do. However, having to do everything in sqlfiddle where i couldnt see the schema, all tables at once unless i kept running it was frustrating. Also, having not only 1 person, but 3 people just looking at you struggle didnt help. I also asked for clarification, which is usual during these types of interviews, but got nothing. Thought that was strange and cold, but maybe it was intentional to have level baseline when assessing all candidates. Still, chilling. Overall, last portion was exhausting because of all the SQL questions. And one of the DE's just plowed through her interview questions in robotic style. There was confusion in the interview process as the second group was about to give me the same technical test. However, ended up getting Case Study to assess my marketplace acumen as well as some standard statistics. Overall, technical portion was fair, but could have been set up better (coding IDE) and splitting the technical portion and case study/stat's into 2 days.
