Xocialive interview questions

Well, this company contacted me about six months ago. And the first red flag was that they did not get back to me at all. And guess what, they contacted me again, and this time for another role. I thought let's give it a try, but unfortunately, it was not a good interview at all. They brought someone with no similar tech stack to me, kept asking technical questions, and not even one people management question or way of work. The interview basically was Microservices and Kubernetes, I mean good to know problem-solving and people management for an interview, way more important than just technical things for a leading position. And again, they ghosted me and did not respond. So yeah be careful of them.
