easy but waste of time. from hr to user interview is easy. I did work trial, and I perform well, presented the important insight for them. and then went to final interview, when I gave them my salary expectation, the reaction wasn't good. but fortunately I wasn't accepted, because their well known achievement is layoff. my suggestion to anybody : if you have no job, its good place to start. but if you have stable job, don't go here. they have very low sustainibility, their salary range is low, but the risk to be layed off is high.
