XIPHIAS Software Technologies interview questions

I have been called for job interview from HR, with JD clearly mentioned for the post of Senior Accountants Role, but interview was with a HR and CEO. There was no technical round question asked. They only checked our communication. Told to explain me about my professional experiences. After that, they offered 40k without asking any of the technical round question. I asked CEO about the responsibilities of the job role. He didn't gave me the proper answer but when I asked for, "all statutory compliances, GST TDS will be done by senior accountants. Not by you, you are not interviewed for that role" he told. So then I have decided not to join for salary. They're software based company doesn't know anything about the accounts and finance... I thought it wasn't a expected interview for the role.

The interview process was not standard and not relevant. Juniors (1-2 years) take the interview for more than 10 years experience which is not valid. overall experience very bad and no ethics with the management
