Lengthy process, 5 rounds for an entry level position ( one screener call, one technical test, two mock calls, team interview). Lots of preparation needed for mock calls with little guidelines.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at XILO (São Paulo, São Paulo)
Interview
I only took the first interview—it was very straightforward: I answered HTML-focused questions posed by an AI. Once I’d completed the session, the video recordings were forwarded to a human evaluator; even though the AI conducts the interview, a person reviews my responses and then provides feedback on how I performed. The entire process was very quick for me.

Question 1
What is the difference between block-level and inline elements?
"I had a disappointing interview experience with XILO. I initially scheduled a phone interview with a Senior Account Executive, but the call was missed without notice. He later called at an unscheduled time, and when we eventually connected, the conversation went well. I was told I was a good fit and would move to the next stage involving a sales pitch. Unfortunately, after that conversation, I received no further communication despite multiple follow-ups. I felt the process lacked professionalism and clarity, which was disheartening."
