It was a long process. Initially I applied online, the recruiter got back to me by email and we had an initial screening over phone. After that, there was an assignment and I sent it back. A few weeks later I was invited to a first interview with the department. I ended up doing multiple interviews over 2 months (one of them was super early in the morning like staring at 7.30am due to time difference, 2-3 hours long!) . I managed to progress to the final interview but didn't get it in the end.
