I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at X (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2020
Interview
I was reached out to on LinkedIn, had a recruiter phone call, had a technical screen with a manager, did a take home exam, and then had a panel interview for the final stage.
Overall, the process was pretty smooth but quite long. Everyone I met was clearly smart, engaged, and excited about their work. I ended up not getting an offer with the team I interviewed with, but the recruiter assured me there were other options they would help me explore and to send them some other Twitter roles I was interested in. After two emails and a few follow up phone calls over abotu a month, I knew I had been ghosted. That was pretty frustrating, if they had just been upfront that now was not a great time I would have understood but the promise of help/ assistance followed by complete silence was quite frustrating.

Interview
I had 3 on-site interviews. Two technical and one behavioral. I felt comfortable communicating with interviewers. I enjoyed being there and had fun solving the interview questions. They planned my trip and everything went smooth.
