It was first with the recruiter. Then a panel of two and lastly the director who would be my manager's manager.
The questions were simple and straightforward, however, the mostly all asked the same sort of questions.
The second round which was a panel of two was only 30 minutes and more like a quick prepared questions they had listed to ask. Very general and obvious questions so it's easy to prepare for. No time was left for me to ask anything. One of them was obviously doing this for the very first time although was not a junior person.
Altogether, with all general questions, I have no idea how they can make a good judgment. They need more specific ones or case studies which they didn't do.
