The process took 3 weeks, with 3 No Shows from their side. So I was wasting my time waiting for the calls as scheduled. I was finally rejected without having a proper interview with him. Very unprofessional. After reading other reviews I realized that it is a trend. If I had reviewed before I wouldn’t ever have applied to this company.

There were 3 rounds of interview with the talent partner, the hiring manager, and the sr. manager of different functions within the group. The first person was just a general interest screening and relevant experience. The next few were deeper in my skillset and experience. The last round comprised of strategic question and cases.
