The process was very informal and the questions were not challenging as it really pertained to expanding on the accomplishments listed on the resume. The majority of the interview was really small talk and introductions.

Professional. Had several phone conversations and emails with recruiter. Very helpful with scheduling interviews. Unfortunately my availability timeframe didnt match the start date for the position. Company rep was very responsive and tried to make a way for me to I term until I was released from Active Duty.

It was a phone interview due to the position being in a different state from the interviewer. Almost all of their interviews are via phone. Their corporate office is in Virginia, but they are a contracting company that fills positions throughout the country.
