Brilliant process, very professionally run. Met a range of people and had the opportunity to discuss lots of future plans within the process. This gave me confidence the business were thinking long term and the right way.

How would you approach the next 6-12 months in your role?
No office at the moment so job offered was fully remote, although ad was for hybrid.
There wasn’t any provisions made for an on call rota and it seemed to be expected that you reply to any issues and jump on to resolve issues at any time without an on call structure.
