Worth interview questions

Only got to the first round of the interviews. I did an application and they contacted, infact I got it through an agent. Then go my virtual meeting which was not so bad, but I did not do well.

Focused, competency based interview. After that, a take-home problem and working through that with the team. I pulled out of the process after the first interview because of another offer. They have obviously put a great deal of thought into the process. All of the people I met were really nice. They made a point of looking at cultural fit since hard skills can be taught.
