Interview
1. Phone Screen - this had standard questions about my resume, experience, but they weren't able to answer many questions about the role
2. Hiring Manager Interview - a casual conversation, mainly with "tell me about a time when..." style questions. Nothing too "out-there"
3. Three consecutive interviews with other stakeholders on the team - these were back-to-back, but none too intense

Interview
Very straightforward and fair. I finished all my interviews with all my panelists in one week and was hired the following week. Recruitment does an incredible job keeping the candidate up to speed and is honest about salary and benefits.
