Workforce Group. Graduate Trainee interview questions

Well organised and straight forward. The test were conducted online so I saw my scores almost immediately, next stage was oral interview where I was given a subject to talk about and job related problem to solve and present solution via PowerPoint presentation

The essay assessment was a drag, the company showed a lack of unpreparedness. The interview process wasn’t particularly a tedious one except for the CEO, everyone else was female. After the interview ended they didn’t do a follow up and I thought it particularly wrong because for something that I had invested at least two months in, I should have gotten reasonable feedback when I didn’t get selected for the role
