I applied online. I interviewed at WorkWave in Jan 2024
Interview
During the first interview, the person did not seem to have a direction. When they started talking about the benefits, asked me if I had a pet and I said no. The person then went on for a couple of minutes talking about pet insurance.
I then spoke with a manager. This is a very small team and they are looking to build it out. I did not get the impression this person really understood the CSM role and there was no definitive direction to the questions. It came across as they are trying to figure things out as they go along. I noticed in other reviews there are 2 reviews from CSM's that stayed around/less than a year which explains a lot given my interview experience. I was told they would follow up within a day or two and there was no follow up.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at WorkWave (Holmdel, NJ)
Interview
First, I had a phone interview to see if I generally met the requirements of the job description. Next I was asked to provide a video recording of why I would be qualify for the job. I had to forward that recording for review and consideration. Then I was asked for an interview, which seemed to go well. I spent time researching their software and understanding how it basically works so I would be well-versed in their technical language for their industry and software. I interviewed with four people total, one at a time. About a month later I was asked to take a psychological test to see how I would handle various situational scenarios. I have no idea how that went. I lost the job to someone else. As I understand it I was second in line for the job.
