WorkStep Customer Service Associate interview questions

This interview process was really straightforward. I interviewed with the company on 3 separate occasions and had an assessment. The first was a phone screen followed up by an hour interview with someone in leadership. Then I had to complete an assessment to test my skills and make sure I could perform the job duties. After this was a panel interview.
