WorkHound Software Engineer interview questions

Contacted directly by the CTO who claimed to have found my profile from open-source work. Replied then was promptly bait and switched for a recruiter. Started off the call by asking me to introduce myself and talk about my experience. No intro on their part or any chance to ask questions about the role/company or even what they are looking for really! Just ran down a list of basic questions and that was it, no real conversation.
