Work In Progress (CO) interview questions

First Round interview consisted of meeting with an account manager virtually. Second round consisted of meeting with multiple people on various teams in person. The whole process was very disorganized. The hiring manager omitted my resume from calendar invites sent out to team members. I was told that team members had no prior knowledge about my experience prior to meeting me and had to "look me up on Linkedin". Some team members were more dismissive than others. It felt incredibly mishandled and misguided. The interview culminated with a meeting with one of the Partners, who told me he would not hire me due to my lack of agency experience, which seemed incredibly narrow minded.
