I went through three interview rounds, during which there were no technical questions. Instead, the interviews focused on my resume and workplace experiences. I was asked to record my responses, and everyone I interacted with was respectful, friendly, and easy-going. However, when they offered me the position, the salary offered was almost 50% less than what was initially advertised. In hindsight, the absence of technical questions might have been a signal for the potential salary misalignment.
