Easy application, just took resume into store no interview as they needed staff. Although it took a while to start the first shift from moment of job offer which was about a month

What is your availability and do you have customer service experience?
First step was an online, non-live, record at own pace Q & A, where you're given 3x attempt at each question. This is then followed by in person interviews with the department manager.

Easy, straight to the point. You don't have to dress overly formally to the interview. Just don't be overly blunt and answer the questions like you actually want to work there, regardless of whether you want to or not.
