The interview was conducted with the manager. It was more of a conversation to discuss availability, working hours, and the intention to stay with the company for at least a year, etc.

She asked me how I would choose products like fruits or meat for customers.
It was a 2-step interview process. First interview was conducted online and I was given 48 hours to answer 5 questions on the PredictiveHire platform. This took about 20 minutes. Then the second interview was a recorded video interview. I had to read a question on screen and then record myself answering on camera. This also took about 20 minutes. Both interviews allowed multiple attempts before submitting.
