Wonolo Program Manager interview questions

My interview process was very positive. The recruiting team was professional and provided tons of feedback and information of what to expect through out the process. I had a screening with a recruiter, then a second round of phone screens before a take home assignment and onsite interview. The onsite included a multiple interviews, a presentation and a culture round, and everyone was professional in their questions and were willing to answer any questions about the business or role. The recruiter made the next steps and process clear throughout as well as kept me up to date on the timeline.

Everyone was prompt and always open for communication. I never felt uninformed at any time. I had almost everyone I met during my interviews reach out to me personally through email. They really display the culture aspect of the company well throughout the entire interview process. I met with multiple stakeholders and executives for this position. Everyone I met was kind and knowledgable which is really reassuring when deciding to move to another company. It was great to witness transparency within the organization and made my decision even easier to join Wonolo.
