I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer (Riverwoods, IL) in Jan 2007
Interview
I contacted an internal recruiter about a role within the organization. She re-directed me to another individual. We had 2 phone interviews after that initial contact. After the phone interviews I interviewed with 3 managers via phone (2 regional and 1 director). Then met with the regional (direct report) person to person. This process extended out over several months. The process was fairly comfortable but they were not clear on the role or the parameters and this added some ambiguity. This continued even into the position itself.
